  • Account Manager requests relevant metadata (assigned ISBNs) from Publishing
  • Studio is tasked by Account Manager to fix formatting in source files – placed in network shared drive
  • Account Manager notifies Studio of amends, if required
  • Studio makes amends to source files
  • Studio produces PDF version of final copy – placed in network shared drive
  • Proofreading checks printed final copy PDF
  • Studio makes any changes required by Proofreading
  • Studio produces any associated documents, if required – placed in network shared drive
  • Digital Media is tasked by Account Manager with converting final source files to HTML manually
  • Studio makes available their working files and final print PDF – placed in network shared drive
  • Account Manager may have additional amends from Customer
  • Studio makes final content and formatting changes to PDF – placed in network shared drive
  • Digital Media makes final changes to HTML
  • Digital Media uses HTML to compile acronym list CSV
  • Account Manager chases Customer to provide acronym definitions CSV
  • Digital Media processes CSV acronym definitions into HTML
  • Digital Media optimises the print PDF for web
  • Digital Media supplies content archive (HTML, PDF, etc) to SG web team
  • Digital Media creates e-book files, if required
  • Proofreading checks draft e-book files
  • Digital Media makes any e-book changes required by Proofreading
  • Digital Media uploads e-book files to directory website and stores, if required
