  • Account Manager chases Customer to provide acronym definitions CSV
  • Digital Media processes CSV acronym definitions into XML
  • Digital Media uploads XML into the registered publication within DPPAS MOS
  • Digital Media or Studio uses DPPAS MOS to match the required PDF/e-book design
  • Account Manager may have additional amends from Customer
  • Digital Media, Studio, or the Account Manager can use the DPPAS MOS to action amends
  • Proofreading checks publication by creating print PDF in DPPAS MOS
  • Digital Media or Studio uses DPPAS MOS to make any changes required by Proofreading
  • Proofreading checks draft e-book files created in DPPAS MOS
  • Digital Media uses DPPAS MOS to make any e-book changes required by Proofreading
  • Studio produces any associated documents, if required – attached to publication in DPPAS MOS
  • Digital Media or Publishing uses DPPAS MOS to create web publication HTML archive on demand
  • Digital Media or Publishing uses DPPAS MOS to create PDF on demand
  • Digital Media or Publishing can use DPPAS MOS to create e-book files on demand
  • Digital Media or Publishing supplies content archive (HTML, PDF, etc) to SG web team
  • Digital Media or Publishing uploads e-book files to directory website and stores, if required
